Success Stories - Holding "Composite Group"

In 2018, the project “Assembly production of MTZ tractors and equipment for refrigeration systems” started in the Kostanay region, the investor of which is the Holding Composite Group (RF).

At present, the first stage of the project has been completed and the production of Belarus tractors has already been launched.

In 2019, the construction of a new workshop with an area of ​​4,000 square meters will be completed, and it is planned to localize the production of the tractor cab. In order to increase localization up to 50% in the future it is planned to start production of cooling and heating systems, as well as tires, wheels and suspended cargo.

It is planned to build an industrial workshop for the manufacture of engines with an area of ​​3,000 sq. M. The procedure for introducing localized parts into mass production will be completed by the end of 2019.

The implementation of the plans will allow to assemble up to 3 thousand tractors per year. The total amount of investments with capital investments will be more than 15 billion tenge, 200 new jobs will be created.

One of the advantages of locating the assembly of MTZ tractors is the proximity to the markets of the Russian Federation, as well as the high demand in the market, both in Kazakhstan and the EAEU, which will allow exporting products, as well as a large number of farms requiring an upgrade of the machine and tractor fleet .
